I work on a B2B2C health insurance platform that helps people manage their health and access care easier. I ensure that the design meets business goals and satisfies users’ needs. I am responsible for creating and maintaining design pattern library, designing new features and workflows, making sure that designs are implemented correctly, and pitching solutions to stakeholders.
I also provide full-spectrum design support to sales and marketing efforts. I partner with engineers, product managers, sales, marketing, and leadership.
